Questions
What people ask first
Walk-ins, booking, timing and how things work at the tables.
Can I just walk in?
Yes, any day we are open. The line closes 30 minutes before we do. If you booked a time, your technician starts when you arrive, ahead of the walk-in line.
How do I book?
Use Book a time at the top of any page, or call or text (770) 555-0102. Pick a service and a technician; your time is yours when you arrive.
How long will it take?
A classic manicure is about 30 minutes and a gel manicure about 45. A pedicure runs 40 to 60 minutes, and a full set 75 to 90. Every service on the menu shows its time, and your technician tells you the time for art before starting.
What is the difference between gel polish, builder gel, soft-gel extensions, dip and acrylic?
Gel polish is color cured under a lamp. Builder gel is a protective layer over your natural nails. Soft-gel extensions add length in soft gel. Dip is color built from layers of powder. Acrylic is a hard extension set. Ask at the table and your technician will show you the difference.
Do I need to book removal?
Yes, when your nails were done somewhere else, so there is time to take them off. Book removal first, and please don't peel gel or acrylic off yourself.
Can I bring a picture?
Please do. Show it at the front desk or send it when you book, and your technician will tell you how long the design takes before starting.
What if a nail lifts?
Tell us within a week and we'll look at it. How long a set lasts varies with your hands and your work.
How do you clean your tools?
We clean and disinfect tools between clients, metal tools go through an autoclave, and each client gets a new file and buffer.
Can I bring a friend or a child?
Yes. A friend can sit beside you. Kids' manicures and pedicures are for ages 5 to 12 with an adult beside them; other young children stay seated with an adult.
Who speaks Korean?
