A neighborhood salon on Scenic Highway
Topcoat is a nail salon in a Lawrenceville strip center, for the people who pass it every day: commuters, students and regulars who like the same soft color every month.
Soyeon Kwak runs it with four other technicians. The tables are close to the door, the hours run until evening, and the menu says how long everything takes so you can plan around it.
